Style Club + Style Plan Bundle Terms:

By purchasing the Style Club + The Style Plan Bundle through our websites and checkout system, you confirm your agreement to the following Terms and Conditions.

Bundle Offer and Conditional Discount:
• This offer includes access to The Style Plan online course and membership to The Style Club.

• The Style Plan course is normally priced at £495, however it is offered at a discounted price of £99 as part of this bundle.

• This discounted price is offered on the condition that you commit to a minimum 12-month membership of The Style Club.

• By purchasing this bundle, you agree to maintain your Style Club membership for a minimum period of 12 months from the date of registration.

• If you cancel your Style Club membership before the 12-month commitment period has been completed, the remaining discount applied to The Style Plan will become payable.

• In this case, you agree that we may invoice you for the outstanding balance of £396 (being the difference between the full course price of £495 and the discounted bundle price of £99).

Use of Course and Membership Content:

• By purchasing The Style Plan and joining The Style Club, you confirm that all course materials and membership content are for your sole personal use.

• You may not sell, publish, share access to, reproduce, distribute, or otherwise make available any part of the course or membership materials to others, nor may you use them to create another course, programme or membership of your own.

Access to The Style Plan:

• Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email confirming the details of your purchase and instructions on how to access the course materials.

• As this is a digital course and you are able to access, stream and/or download course content immediately, refunds will only be offered in limited circumstances at our discretion.

• If you are purchasing as a consumer (i.e. for purposes outside your trade, business or profession), you have the right to cancel within 14 days of purchase by emailing helen@helenreynoldsstyle.com. However, this right to cancel is waived if you access, stream, download or otherwise make use of the course content.

The Style Club Membership:

• Membership of The Style Club as a Midi member includes access to the membership training hub, live sessions and the members-only Facebook group.

• The Style Club includes a number of live sessions throughout the year. Dates and times will be communicated in advance but may be subject to change. We will endeavour to provide as much notice as possible of any changes.

• If you are unable to attend a live session, a replay will be made available in the training hub within approximately 24 hours.

• We are unable to provide refunds for sessions that you are unable to attend.

Facebook Community:

• Membership includes access to a private members-only Facebook group.

• This group is provided as a supportive space for members to engage with Helen and other members.

• You agree to treat other members with respect and not to make unsolicited promotions of goods or services within the group unless permission has been granted by the administrators.

Payment and Cancellation:

• Membership payments may be made monthly or annually, depending on the payment option selected at checkout.

• Monthly plans are processed via recurring payments through our payment processor.

• You are responsible for cancelling your recurring payment plan through your account settings. If you require assistance, please contact helen@helenreynoldsstyle.com.

• To avoid your next payment being taken, cancellation requests should be made at least 5 working days before your next billing date.

• Please note that for customers who purchase the Style Club + Style Plan Bundle, the minimum 12-month membership commitment still applies, regardless of payment schedule.

Recordings:

• Live sessions may be recorded. By participating in these sessions, you grant permission for your image and voice to appear in recordings which may be used in future training materials without further consent or payment.

Liability:

• We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of any of our obligations under this agreement.

• If for any reason we are found to be liable for damages, our total liability will be limited to the amount paid for the product or membership.

Acceptance of Terms:

By purchasing this bundle, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
