By purchasing and joining The Style Club through our websites and checkout system, you confirm your agreement to the following Terms and Conditions:

• By joining The Style Club, you confirm that this membership is for your sole use, and that you may not sell, publish, share access or distribute it in whole or in part with others, or use it to create another course, programme or membership of your own.

• Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email from us that confirms the details of your order and you will receive personal access to The Style Club Facebook group and training hub.

• There are three levels of membership for The Style Club – Midi, Mini and Maxi. Access to the membership and live sessions will depend on the level you have signed up for – full details of what your membership level are detailed on our website and will be confirmed in your confirmation email.

• The Style Club includes a number of live sessions throughout the year, the dates of which will be shared and communicated with you. Please note that these are subject to change. We will provide you with as much notice of any change as possible, but we shall not be liable in any way for changes to dates and times. Please review the training hub and our Facebook group regularly for updates on changes to dates and times.

• If for any reason you are unable to attend a live session, you will receive access to a replay within 24 hours of the session taking place. This will be shared with you via email and uploaded to the training hub. If you are unable to attend a live session, we shall not be liable to refund you for any amount in relation to sessions that you do not attend.

• As live sessions are recorded, by participating in these sessions, you authorize us to use your image and voice in all recordings (and to make use of these recordings in any way we see fit) without payment or requirement for further consent.

• Membership of The Style Club includes access to our members-only Facebook group. You may use this group as a place for support and engagement with Helen and other members. You agree to treat other members with respect and understanding, and you agree to only communicate with the other members for the purposes of the membership. You may not make unsolicited promotions of your goods or services to other members, and may only do so with express permission from the membership administrators.

• Membership of The Style Club is open on a rolling basis. You may choose to pay monthly, quarterly or annually. For monthly and quarterly plans, payment is taken via a recurring payment plan, processed by our payment processor Thrivecart, via Stripe.

• For monthly plans, payment will be taken on the date of registration and will continue on a monthly basis on or around the same date each month, until such time as you cancel. For quarterly payment plans, payment will be taken on the date of registration and will continue on a three-monthly basis, on or around the same date that you registered.

• You will be responsible for cancelling your recurring payment plan. You can do this through your profile and account settings in the training hub. If you need support, you can email us at support@helenreynoldsstyle.com for assistance. As your payment is processed via an automated payment plan, you must give us sufficient notice of your intention to cancel at least 5 working days before your next payment is due to be taken. Please note that the payments cancelled after this recommended time frame may still be taken from your account and refunds will not be offered in this instance.

• For annual memberships, your membership will expire on the same date 12 months following your original registration date. Our team will contact you regarding your membership renewal and you will be given instructions on how to renew. Should you choose not to renew, access to the content and Facebook group will cease when your membership expires.

• As this is a digital membership, and you are able to access, stream and / or download programme materials and content immediately, please note that we will only offer refunds in limited circumstances at our own discretion.

• If you are purchasing this course as a consumer (i.e. you are buying the course as an individual for purposes outside of your trade, business, craft or profession), you have the right to cancel our agreement within 14 days of the date of purchase by emailing us at hello@helenreynoldsstyle.com. However, please note that this right to cancel is waived when you access, stream, download or make use of any of the online membership content.

• We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of any of our obligations under this agreement.

• If for any reason, we are liable for any damages, our total liability shall be limited to the amount of the course purchased.
